Front Desk Manager

Front Desk Manager Seeking a collaborative leader with a high-touch client service background to serve as the salon’s Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager leads by example in the role of Front Desk Associate, as well as managing the hiring and scheduling of Front Desk Associates, Front Desk training, and overall Front Desk performance. Our Front Desk is responsible for the day-to-day operations of greeting and booking guests in person and via phone/email, retailing and recommending products to our guests, serving as a liaison between guests and technicians, as well as maintaining the beauty and presentation of the salon.
