Freelance Women’s Specialty Lead Graphic Designer

A global fashion retailer is looking to hire a freelance Women’s Specialty Lead Graphic Designer to support their activewear line to be responsible for new creative concepts for seasonal sales sample lines, sketch requests, special art collections, collaborations, trend presentations, and events according to industry-standard protocol and systems. Will have excellent creative design skills, and technical production skills (knowledge in separations for screen print, embroidery/applique digitizing. Excellent graphic design skills: Composition, typography, color sense, balance, trending skills, production skills, and communication (written and verbal) skills. Based in New York and works in person with NY Design Reports to Manager of Graphic Design in Kansas City This position will also work with Winston-Salem Product Management and clients directly. Mastery of Macintosh platform, Adobe Creative Suite graphic design software, as well as Microsoft Office 365
