Any experience in developing and executing on high end, luxury garments and in fashion design are also a huge pluses ... We're looking to bring some of our manufacturing and development in-house, so the Freelance Seamstress / Fashion Designer would help make that possible. Additionally, we only plan to manufacture in small batches (1-100 units) at any given time right now. ## Qualifications - 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Seamstress or Fashion Design role, preferably with high-end luxury brands - Proficiency in operating serger and cover stitch machines - Knowledge of garment construction techniques - Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Samples of previous work or portfolio required Misc: - Flexible on WFH - We will provide machines in our office - We offer profit sharing and bonus depending on sales Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
