Our client is a globally recognized fashion house who is seeking a Freelance Sample Coordinator to assist and work cross functionally with all internal teams within their NYC studio. Salary/Hourly Rate: DOE Position Overview: The Freelance Sample Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Design, Merchandising, Sales, PR/Marketing and E-commerce teams. • Maintain and keep organized accessories within the fashion closet • Responsible for all sample management including, steaming samples and organization of the samples and sample library • Responsible for all tracking, incoming and outgoing including assisting the Marketing team with all pulls and style outs • Organize and order styling supplies • Assist with all photoshoot and on set needs • Assist with merchandising the showroom for all internal and external meetings • Steam samples on set and manage hand tags during the course of the shoot • Maintain and keep organized accessories within the fashion closet • Maintain studio calendar and deadlines, set milestones and coordinate among different parties • Communicate with other departments and vendors on various projects • Create and update presentations and brand guidelines Education Requirements:
