Company: Womenswear Fashion Brand Title: Freelance Production/Operations Assistant Start: Hours: 24-32 hr/week ONSITE End: No set end date, ongoing Responsibilities Entering production notation, seasonal data, fabric & style sheets into their production system—Apparel Magic Create seasonal costing and pricing spreadsheets Preparing photoshoshoot samples by gathering bespoke garments and working as a production team member onsite at photoshoot. Developing small clientele presentations in photoshop for VIP Clientele with Bespoke orders Obtain swatches for clients and send them out as needed Communicate with vendors on all fabric, trims for swatches strike offs and Order and receive items as needed Track, manage and assure timely delivery of production Answer phones, connect callers to correct contact and speak with clientele Requirements: Degree in fashion 2-4 years of experience ideal Strong analytical and communication skills Proficient in Excel required Apparel magic a plus Location: New York New York 10018 JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
