FREELANCE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

The Freelance Production Associate is a vital part of the Production team ensuring the timely delivery of product from the overseas vendors. The Freelance Production Associate assists with a variety of tasks including costing, work-in-progress reports, and more. Actively manage overseas development & production deadlines Partner with cross-functional teams (Design & Tech) in order to meet PDT deadlines Review & manage overseas production & development WIPs to ensure timely delivery of production & development deliverables Address daily communication with suppliers to ensure that supply chain needs are met Attend proto/ SMS/ production fittings to ensure appropriate action is taken if needed Manage lab dip & fabric approvals with VP of Production and/or Design Check production BOMs Assist with some ERP data management Oversee daily tasks of the Production assistant Must have experience with production for apparel 3 – 5 years import production experience Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Advanced Excel Blue Cherry experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
