We are looking for a Freelance Packaging Design & Production Manager for a top fashion company in New York City!Responsibilities: Creates accurate packaging production files for a broad range of packaging types Translates private label graphics from style guides and templates Works with clients to understand their needs. Evaluates consumer and market trends for packaging materials. Supports Packaging Team to adhere to timeframe and cost guidelines Executes both interior and exterior production ready artwork that is attractive and high quality Develops and executes packaging that is on-brief and on-time Supports packaging team projects during workload peak Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, or related field Applicable work experience in packaging design and production Private label experience a plus (consumer products, home industry) Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mac/PC operating systems Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong ability to collaborate with other colleagues
