FREELANCE MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Campaign Manager for a top fashion company in Baltimore, Maryland! This individual will be responsible for project management, planning, implementation, execution, and efficient completion of all Brand Category Creative initiatives assigned. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire marketing campaign process Manage all business initiatives from the planning stage to implementation Review all campaign briefs to ensure they meet requirements Work with cross-functional teams for campaign deliverable and utilizing skillets for ensure timelines are met Oversee brand management reviews and briefs to ensure they align with brand POV and DNA Drive creative development and execution by managing dates Own campaign management integration and communication with cross functional project teams Work with external and internal agencies in addition to creative partners Maintain agency relationships for collaboration on projects Manage content review process Conduct weekly meetings to manage the creative process Process feedback into the creative content process Update project stakeholders on the process from start to finish Continuously manage all levels of workflow making improvements when needed Create ad hoc reporting for global marketing when needed Maintain collaborations to ensure deadlines are met and team remains focused meeting client needs Handle multiple projects seamlessly meeting all brand standards and deadlines Qualifications: Bachelors or master’s degree 5+ years of creative management or account marketing experience within an agency or brand or category marketing organization Direct work experience within a creative and project management capacity Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Project management techniques and tools PMP certification a plus Microsoft Office required Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications Familiarity with Workfront Project Management software or similar A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected Familiarity with global brands is a plus
