Department: Visual Merchandising Supports the concept team in building proposals for on-brand forward thinking product campaigns Conceive and execute graphic presentations that identify design needs, connected to visual displays, store architecture, product navigation and in store environmental experience Present and recommend in-store 2D design elements ideas & solutions to VP Visual Merchandising and Brand Partners Demonstrates expertise in designing marketing with a focus on how photography and copy work together to develop on brand signage and installations Understands how messaging and signage integrates into the retail shopping experience Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities Detail oriented – proofreads work, check – and highly organized Translate design and merchant strategies into clear creative concepts and product launches Work closely with merchant group/visual to understand product collections and sub-brands. Experience with SketchUp is a plus. Release mechanical artwork for production Develop and maintain strong working relationships with production partners and venders, track work, supply feedback. Qualifications/Skills: Degree (Associate, BA or BS) in Marketing and/or Graphic Design Experience with Visual Merchandising and Retail Design Understanding of product positioning strategies is a plus Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple projects Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong collaborative and partnership behaviors Expertise in computer designs skills: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator). Proficiency in SketchUp or 3D design is a plus.
