FREELANCE EVENTS PRODUCER - Well Known Social Media Brand

Location: (Remote for now) Bay Area, CA Company: Well known Social Media Brand Duration: 6+ monthsSeeking a skilled and experienced Event Producer for a well-known media/social media client in the bay area! Responsibilities: •    Must develop and execute integrated plan and logistics for each event, from initial planning to on-site event management and post event follow up. •    Negotiate contracts and manage suppliers including hotels, off-site venues, caterers and others. •    Maintain accuracy and accountability of event budget, manage final billing and reconciliation, evaluate results against goals, deliver wrap-up reports and generate learnings for improvement. •    Flexible and quick approach to event challenges Required Skills: •    Customer service and problem solving skills •    Experience in creating and implementing timelines •    Experience working in the events industry,•    Project Management skills •    Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners •    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment JBCStyle is the leading full-service search firm owning the niche industry of fashion recruitment.
