FREELANCE E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Freelance Ecommerce Customer Experience Coordinator for a top fashion company in New York, NY! Responsibilities: Manages escalations to ensure consistent application of customer service philosophy and accuracy of customer service processes across all channels Serves as escalation support to resolve customer issues for Customer Service Ensures customer escalations are handled expeditiously and that all customer complaints are addressed quickly and appropriately Generates additional sales with call in orders and transitions call in questions into sales. Builds strong cross functional relationships with internal and external business partners and customers Acts as a point person with the customer regarding new products, colors, ingredients, inventory (out of stock), price and shipping Monitors and handles call volume, order flow, and escalated issues for Customer Service vendors Qualifications: 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Strong conflict resolution skills to resolve customer issues Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills High proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft suite Experience working with OMS, WMS, Salesforce, CRM tools and other digital and ecommerce software
