Coaches, trains, and leads a team of 25-30 distribution associates to meet prescribed productivity and service goals. Supervises physical facilities, human resources, equipment and products in a profitable manner. Administers and ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA standards and applicable employment laws. Ensures the involvement of the Distribution Center Leadership Team and employees in design and implementation of new technology. Monitors a system of controls to ensure that service levels and operational performance goals are met within prescribed cost, revenue and profit parameters.
