Mostly working in AI and PSD – we require someone who is fast at apparel cads from scratch (working with your own templates) , but also someone who can work/use our current templates and assets as many of our clients stay with us for years and years you may be jumping in on items that we have done before (re-colors/etc.) We love hiring freelancers- and have found that we are especially good for work from home people -as we are very flexible in scheduling… as long as you can meet quick deadlines and are communicative for when you will be out of office/un-able to accept work we are fine and do not care if you work during the day, the night, from your bed or from the pool… as long as it gets done and looks great! •AOP Print experience is great, we are always working with stock prints and sometimes creating all over prints for our clients- Mastery of the Pattern/Swatch tool, re-colors and setting up print files for the suppliers complete with PMS swatches will get you more work. •Apparel 3D- from time to time we will invest in a 3d apparel mockup-usually as a template.
