Fragrance Sales Associate

We are a luxury fragrance brand located in Seattle and we are moving into a new and exciting retail space in the downtown area. Our mission is to inspire connection and expression through fragrance and we would love for you to join our team! What you will do: Greet guests and help them feel welcomed and comfortable Walk guests through the categories of our fragrance collection Encourage guests to test and ultimately find the right match for themselves or whoever they might be shopping for Create a personalized experience or ‘fragrance fitting’ for each guest Assist and advise customers through the shopping and purchasing experience Store opening, closing and upkeep responsibilities Packing and shipping online orders Assist with set up and facilitation of fragrance design events as needed Who we are looking for: Fragrance-loving, fashion forward, friendly individuals with a desire to help customers find their match Knowledge of the fragrance industry or ability to learn quickly and convey important details about inspirations and olfactory journeys of each fragrance Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to details Professional, fashion-forward appearance and attitude Proficiency with point of sale systems Ability to meet or exceed sales goals Interest in clean beauty and sustainable aspects of consumer products Ability to provide inclusivity towards all guests Ability to work occasional weekends Ability to stand for hours when needed Has been vaccinated for COVID We are looking for associates for our new and exciting store location! Schedule and opening hours are being determined and can vary and be flexible depending on your availability. We want the right fit for our brand and we will train you to feel comfortable representing Molly Ray Parfums and all that we represent.
