Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team on a temp basis, covering a maternity leave. This role is responsible for managing internship training. This role will work out of both Manhattan and Jersey City - must be comfortable commuting. Responsibilities • Program Management – lead planned summer internship program, liaise with vendors to execute planned training events, conduct program surveys, manage and enroll participants into coaching programs, and share insights and event recaps with CPO.
