This Ladies Designer candidate will contribute to all aspects of the footwear business through collaboration with the Design Team and should have a balance of creativity, conceptual thinking, organizational skills and attention to detail. This ideal person requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the footwear industry. This role collaborates closely with the entire Design Department, China Product Development teams and Sales/Marketing to build out seasonal collections that meet our business needs. Must be a team player with a positive attitude, who is able to thrive and take initiative/feedback in a fast-paced work environment A strong understanding of outsole construction, sketching and blueprint
