Reebok Classics leverage the brand’s fitness heritage and represent the roots of the brand in the sports lifestyle market. Together with the category head and Senior Designer(s), you will assist in creating designs, materials, and color direction that form a point of view that is uniquely Reebok. Key Responsibilities: You possess a Solid understanding of the Design Process but want to expand your skills – Create and refine new product concepts influenced by brand DNA and Squad goals with an industry leading team You demonstrate an understanding of the Product Development Process - Concepts and creative strategies are only as good as their relevance to the business objective. One Brand focus You are a Taste Maker – Positioned at the global forefront of design trends and innovation as well as their application You are Detail Driven – Collaboration on new manufacturing methods, cost concerns and limitations are a breeze. You anticipate change and incorporate outside information as part of that journey Create professional level presentations of ideas; from loose sketches to detailed renderings to Digital Presentations Proactively Identify opportunities of improvement and change and initiate your own proposals/projects Actively seek out opportunities to Collaborate and deepen your knowledge and share them with the team You hold a strong level of understanding in of footwear design and construction Mastery in use of Adobe Illustrator to create design documents/tech-packs Specialist in all visual communication methods; analogue/digital sketching tools/ 3D tools Keen Interest and Experience in designing for both performance/ innovation categories as well as classics/fashion/sportswear categories Ability to travel domestically and internationally in allowance with COVID safety regulations
