High Volume company in midtown Manhattan looking for a full-time Design Coordinator to work alongside our dynamic Ladies Footwear Design team. This role reports to the Sr. Design Director. Must have strong CAD skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. • Maintain sample closet, ensuring samples are stored & shipped properly • Work closely with senior designers to develop and execute product designs for assigned categories • Adhere to design calendar and deadlines • Assisting with additional design projects and tasks as needed Qualifications & Experience: • Highly skilled in PhotoShop and proficient in Illustrator • Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred • Ability to research market trend information • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Organized, dedicated and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully and execute projects with fast-turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.
