Provide management and oversite and take responsibility for both the store and food and beverage with the purpose of providing the ultimate guest experience and in the absence of senior team members. Support the direction of the brand through merchandise assortments appropriate to store market and promote the use of product knowledge as a tool to enhance employee productivity, sales, and service levels. Product knowledge applies to all Tommy Bahama offerings including Food and Beverage. Implement company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job as needed. Build the perfect oasis – Be a strong ambassador of the brand by personally representing the season’s trends and key items for the business, including knowledge of special offerings in Retail and Food and Beverage.
