The Floor Manager will also act as a support to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager of the relevant location. • Work with integrity and respect for others; promoting excellent team participation and ensuring the team and location are presented to the highest standards. • Display up to date product knowledge such as, key trends and location bestsellers in order to educate team members on how to maximize sales and increase customer loyalty to the brand. Qualifications/Requirements: • Experience as a Floor Supervisor/Keyholder or in a similar retail management role, preferably in fashion.
