Job Description: Flex Associates assist the stores organization with workforce planning during periods when regularly scheduled full-time and part-time associates are not available due to planned absences such as vacation, or unplanned absences such as illness. They may assist in selling and support functions in the store which include sales and customer support. The starting hourly rate for this position is between [$16.00-18.00 per hour].
