Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving, preparing, and managing samples for video shoots. This flexible, as-needed role coordinates with project teams and store logistics to ensure product is prepped, labeled, and returned according to schedule. The position may require travel between store locations and variable hours during peak periods.
Responsibilities
Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and sensorsEnsure all product is prepped and labeled accurately and delivered in time for assigned filming shiftsMaintain a clean, organized prep area following program and store guidelinesCommunicate product discrepancies or damage immediately to Project Coordinators and regional producersProcure items from the salesfloor as needed while adhering to store guidelines for customer interaction and dressPartner with store logistics teams to check out inventory for filming and manage returnsCommunicate with program teams using Microsoft Teams and other toolsLift and move product as required (up to 30 pounds) and travel between stores when necessaryRequirements
Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years on-figure, high-volume e-commerce assisting experienceSteaming skills requiredStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a teamProficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and respond flexibly to changing business priorities
