Flex Assistant Stylist - Downtown Seattle

Summary The Flex Assistant Stylist supports the Salesperson Video Program by receiving and preparing samples for video shoots, coordinating with on-set crews and Project Coordinators, and assisting with inventory pulls and store logistics. This is a flexible, on-call position requiring travel between store locations and availability during peak periods. Responsibilities • Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors • Ensure products are prepped and labeled accurately for assigned filming shifts • Maintain a clean and organized prep area following program and store guidelines • Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer • Procure items from the salesfloor and partner with store logistics teams • Check out inventory while filming according to store procedures • Maintain understanding of video sample processes and tools • Communicate with program teams via Teams Requirements • Bachelor's or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work independently • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of high-end retail and service environment • Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite • Clear written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lift 30 pounds
