Role Description

The First Assistant Manager role at maurices is a full-time, on-site position located in Davenport, IA. The First Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations including sales, customer experience, recruiting, training, and performance management. Responsibilities include driving business results, providing excellent customer service, guiding team members toward success, and achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Additional tasks involve ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained, leading team meetings, monitoring overall store performance, and handling administrative duties efficiently.
