Fine Jewelry Manufacturer looking for Account Manager/Director. Responsible for tracking and follow-up of hundreds of orders a week. Must be able to work with our customer as well as factory to ensure the highest quality and on-time delivery. Be able to communicate with the factory in an effective way to ensure the flow of merchandise is meeting delivery and quality requirements Need to know where the status of work is at all times Outstanding customer service to work with major Account Detailed, organized, and good with numbers are top priorities Must have fine jewelry experience and good knowledge of the manufacturing process Office operations or management Good with Excel Self starter Will work closely with one of the principals of the company.
