FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST (SEC)

The SEC Reporting Analyst will report to the SEC Financial Reporting Manager and assist with the preparation of the Company’s SEC filings, research and documentation of technical accounting issues, assist in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and administer various Oracle products including EBS and Hyperion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, knowledge of fundamental accounting principles, knowledge of Oracle products including EBS and Hyperion and excellent communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities Assist in preparation of and draft sections of the 10-K and 10-Q, including financial statements, financial statement footnotes and MD&A using disclosure checklists to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Critical analysis and review of complex accounting transactions that require a level of technical judgement such as inventory reserves. However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
