Finance Systems Administrator

What This Position Is All About: We are looking for an experienced Finance System Administrator who will manage system configuration, design, and support activities related to Workday Finance and Hyperion/Essbase. Experience configuring and administering IT SaaS applications Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to prioritize and deliver timely results Prior experience in a fast-paced dynamic organization where change is a constant Solution-oriented and are able to work collaboratively with matrixed teams As The Senior Manager, Finance System Administrator you will: Serve as a finance systems liaison with operations, technology, finance, and other stakeholders regarding process design, data integrity, and security requirements Assess system functionality and actively oversee the entire project life cycle: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment Support users and drive Workday and Essbase platform optimization through recommending process improvements and innovative solutions to Finance Advise on reporting strategy and toolsets Liaise with Workday user community to access best practices Perform administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades Provide technical configuration including business process workflow, custom fields, custom validations, custom reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights Write standard, advanced, matrix and composite reports as well as create complex calculated fields, custom objects, and worksheets in Workday and Essbase Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including both functional and technical teams comprised of individuals at various seniority levels with different technical and non-technical backgrounds Demonstrate flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.
