Responsible for auditing payroll reports, processing edits, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external business partners. Maintain daily organization of transactions and paperwork Accurately enter transactions into system Analyze, review and audit transactions Meet payroll processing deadlines Work closely with Finance/Payroll management team and internal/external vendors and maintain positive business working relationships with all parties Capable of analyzing standard procedures and identifying alternative solutions to problems Interact and communicate effectively and proactively with departments and fellow teammates Assist with validation of W2 documents and year end exception reporting Support processing of unclaimed property requests Process and manage various third party vendor rejections Respond to customer inquiries Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others Strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate data Ability to collaborate and work cross functionally Flexibility to support multiple areas of finance Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient use of excel Strong customer service skills
