FINANCE MANAGER - Wholesale

You will have frequent interaction with all levels of the organization and must have a high degree of business and financial acumen. Responsibilities: Own the weekly and monthly forecast process Serve as the trusted business partner to engage in key business conversations; address business issues in timely manner. Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios with limited guidance Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team at an executive level; develop recommendations that support improving business problems or situations Manage the preparation and publication of BU financial documents in a timely and accurate fashion Collaborate with cross functional partners on development and execution of monthly and annual business plans Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles Skills: Bachelor’s degree in related area (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc. Flexibility/ability to learn and expand across multiple functional Finance teams Anticipate and articulate the “so what” of business analysis (both visually and verbally) Demonstrated leadership capabilities (direct or indirect) Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently manage competing priorities Deep understanding of key processes: own and run the process, identify improvement opportunities, and train/develop others Sought out as a reliable resource by peers to help solve system & reporting challenges.
