FINANCE MANAGER

Primary responsibilities will be focused on achieving the Financial Planning and Analysis group’s vision and objectives related to product cost analytics and productivity as well as strategic and annual planning. Responsibilities Product Costs - Strategic and Annual Planning Be a proactive business partner, providing recommendations based on data analytics and driving decisions between business functions and finance Identify trends and develop data driven recommendations to drive decisions Senior Leadership reviews Build and maintain product costing forecasting models for the strategic planning timeframe Review and maintain business processes and reporting modules supporting Senior Leadership planning requirements Provide ad hoc analytical support as required Product Cost and Finance Business Partner Develop strong partnerships between the Product Team (Design, Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Sourcing), Corporate FP&A, Commercial Finance, regarding key deliverables and planning processes Continuous improvement mindset driving productivity in business processes and predictive analytics Provide ad hoc analytical support as required Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
