**Summer 2023 Internship Program**

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers summer 2023 paid Internship positions designed to make a real-life impact on the millions of customers who embrace our products. **Overview**

In this 10-week specialized program, you will be exposed to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. You will assist the FP&A team and be exposed to the fundamentals of e-commerce and wholesale business.

**Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities**

* Assist with financial modeling
* Assist with special projects
* Partner with general accounting to investigate variances
* Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our various company divisions
* Prep and organize information for executive summaries
* Participate and collaborate in meetings and projects
* Ask questions and communicate needs
* Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday being a half-day

**Project**

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.

**Requirements**

* Business, Finance or related majors
* 3.0 GPA or higher
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
* Experience with Powerpoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
