Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. Support the Supply Chain Finance team with Transportation / Distribution related functions Financial analysis - analyze transportation/distribution performance vs. budget; identify root causes, convey via accurate/timely reporting Special projects - support Sr. Director of SCF and Manager of In-bound in completion of key initiatives supporting operational efficiencies and inbound freight accounting/reporting/forecasting Assist in automating various reporting and analysis Various other analysis and reporting as needed Experience and Skills Proficiency in MS Excel / PowerPoint / Word Detail oriented; self-starter able to perform effectively in independent and team settings Manage multiple priorities in dynamic environment Solid written, presentation development and verbal communication skills Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (3.2 strongly preferred) Enrollment in a Bachelor/Masters degree program at the time of the internship (certificate programs are not eligible) Availability to start on the designated start date in May Availability to work for a minimum of 10 out of the 11 weeks of the defined internship period which runs from May-August Carters is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
