FIELD VISUAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Overview Responsibilities In partnership with the Visual Department, Sr. FVOM and District leadership, the Field Visual Operations Manager will provide guidance on brand integrity and ensure the Forever 21 merchandising standards are upheld in the assigned region Communicate execution strategy to the region around presentation and product initiatives weekly Partner with District Manager to identify district(s) issues and develop solutions that elevate presentation and drive salesresults Conduct and participate in store visits focusing on presentation, merchandising standards, people development and identifying business opportunities Utilize business tools to resolve store specific merchandising challenges that require adaptations including store size, storetype, volume, structural constraints, and inventory levels Assist with inventory management opportunities and maintain relationship with P&A partners to support product needs incorresponding district(s) Facilitate seasonal presentation workshops, meetings and conference calls quarterly with district and stores teams inassigned region Identify and create training opportunities to address visual merchandising skill gaps within the region Partner with corporate teams to provide feedback that reinforces company brand standards, ensures consistency of visualmerchandising and helps identify opportunities to increase productivity and eliminate redundancy in stores Build constructive, effective relationships throughout the company to align support for all visual merchandising and brand initiatives Support with HQ roll out of fixtures, visual elements and marketing needs for the region Participate in new store openings, corporate floorsets and various field projects as needed Qualifications 3-5 years retail visual management experience in a multi store capacity Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or equivalent years of work experience Ability to understand and interpret visual presentation direction to drive business through creativity and commerciality Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment Ability to provide high level of leadership, guidance and influence on field team members using company shared values Industry knowledge of current fashion trends and strong merchant skills that can support high volume, multi-level stores Strong organizational, planning and prioritizing skills to handle multiple tasks Resourceful and solution-oriented; able to plan and foresee opportunities Excellent written, verbal interpersonal communication and relation management skills; effective time management practices Strong customer service attitude and ability to work with all levels of the organization from instore to executive level Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Focused on field and instore interaction this role will require weekly travel and some overnight stay
