Assume full responsibility as the Manager on Duty, managing secure store openings, closings, and overall facility safety.Optimize the customer journey by managing front-end traffic and ensuring the checkout process is both friendly and fast.Orchestrate the flow of goods, managing everything from the backroom intake of new shipments to the final placement on the sales floor.Lead the charge on asset protection by implementing and monitoring loss prevention strategies and safety compliance.Maintain high visual standards across all departments, specifically focusing on the cleanliness of fitting rooms and the organization of the stockroom.Execute critical back-office functions such as labor scheduling, payroll processing, and daily cash reconciliation.Mentor and train associates through active floor coaching, helping them reach productivity goals and maintain company standards.Coordinate the setup of seasonal displays and price changes, ensuring all promotional materials align with corporate marketing directives.
