Field Store Operations Leader

You will be instrumental in executing company operational processes, maintaining excellent merchandise presentation, and upholding safety and loss prevention standards. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for the majority of the working time. • Store Presentation: Keep all areas of the store clean, well-maintained, and merchandised according to standard, including managing stockroom cleanliness and organization. • Loss Prevention: Uphold and adhere to the Loss Prevention Awareness Program, maintaining a strong customer service presence on the sales floor, and safeguarding confidential information and company assets. • Fitting Rooms: Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of Fitting Rooms, ensuring accurate garment tag auditing and the timely and correct processing of merchandise returns to the sales floor.
