Field Store Leader

As a Field Store Leader for Ross Stores, you will be an integral member of the Store Leadership team, primarily responsible for overseeing a specific, designated sales area and managing the overall store operations as the Manager on Duty. This role requires supervising and leading Retail Associates, ensuring a secure and easy-to-shop environment, maintaining high standards for merchandise presentation, and executing key operational processes. • Work for a Fortune 500 company committed to continuous learning and team development. Responsibilities: • Store Operations & Management: Function as the Manager on Duty, overseeing general store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and providing direct supervision to store Associates. • Store Standards: Ensure Associates adhere to the Company Dress Code, maintain a professional appearance, and keep all areas of the store clean, well-maintained, and merchandised to standard, including daily trash removal and cleanliness of fitting rooms.
