The Field Operations Team Leader is a vital member of the Store Leadership team, taking ownership of a specific, assigned operational area within the store. Key responsibilities include managing opening and closing procedures, supervising the retail team, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping atmosphere, optimizing merchandise presentation, and maintaining a consistently clean workspace. • (For Stockroom shifts): Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift more than 20 lbs. Responsibilities: • Store Operations and Management: Execute and supervise operational processes; manage store opening and closing procedures; oversee Associates as the Manager on Duty. • Customer and Team Experience: Treat all Customers, Associates, and leaders with respect and professionalism; demonstrate courtesy and friendliness; utilize Company recognition programs for Associates.
