Field Operations Director

As a Field Operations Director for an area of our stores, you will be a pivotal leader within the Store Management team, directly overseeing a specific area of the store's operations and acting as the Manager on Duty to supervise the general functioning of the store. • Manage store security protocols, including Associate and receiving door control, daily function checks of EAS devices, and Cash Office security. • Provide excellent customer service, treating all Customers, Associates, and leaders with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. • Maintain the Company Brand by ensuring the store and all Associates adhere to professional appearance standards and the store is always clean and well-maintained. • Supervise the Front End operations, ensuring Associates execute to standards, managing the line to reduce wait times, and training/coaching Associates on cash register procedures and shortage control.
