The Field Business Manager is instrumental in maintaining optimal merchandise presentation, upholding cleanliness standards, and executing company operational procedures with precision. Responsibilities: • Leadership and Supervision: Function as the Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, opening/closing the location, and supervising and coaching Retail Associates and Stockroom Leads to ensure adherence to company policies and productivity standards. • Customer Experience: Deliver excellent customer service, treating all Customers and Associates with courtesy and professionalism, and engaging with the team using Company recognition programs. Manage inbound merchandise receiving (trucks and non-merchandise deliveries), process inventory urgently, and oversee the placement of merchandise on the sales floor, securing any back-stock, and ensuring organization and cleanliness of all Stockrooms. • Loss Prevention: Fully comply with the Loss Prevention Awareness Program, maintaining a strong customer service presence, fostering Associate and Customer engagement, and safeguarding confidential information and merchandise.
