Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication skills with full fluency in English.Previous experience in a supervisory role or a customer-facing leadership environment is highly encouraged.Comfortable utilizing retail technology, including point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.Capable of performing standard retail math calculations for inventory and cash management.Flexible availability to support the business during peak times, including evenings and weekends.Physical stamina to remain active on the sales floor for the duration of a shift, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate stockrooms.Benefits:

Operational Oversight: Manage the daily opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring the facility is secure and ready for business.Safety & Security: Prioritize a secure environment by monitoring store entrances, testing fire alarms, and managing after-hours alarm responses.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor associates, coordinating break schedules and providing real-time coaching on company standards and best practices.Merchandising Excellence: Direct the flow of inventory from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring products are properly sized, tagged, and displayed.Front-End Management: Maintain a high-energy presence at the registers to minimize wait times and ensure a friendly checkout experience for every customer.Administrative Integrity: Handle sensitive financial tasks, including payroll reporting, daily punch edits, cash pulls, and bank deposits with total accuracy.Loss Prevention: Combat shortage by maintaining high visibility on the floor and ensuring all audit procedures, such as package inspections and sensor checks, are followed.Brand Stewardship: Uphold the professional image of the store through diligent maintenance of fitting rooms and general housekeeping standards.
