About the RoleThe position encompasses multiple areas of retail operations, including Loss Prevention, product catalog management, and customer services.ResponsibilitiesEngage customers, promote customer service, and provide deterrence to theft. Be highly visible, spend most of the time at the store entrance and key departments, and raise shortage awareness among store staff.Oversee the product catalog, including product publishing, taxonomy, catalog hierarchy, and category navigation for FootLocker.com. Accountable for all product detail pages on site to ensure accuracy and customer readiness.Provide direction and support for point of sale and customer services, teaching, coaching, developing, and supervising associates while completing all service processes focused on delivering excellent customer service.Collaborate closely with Global and Territory Planning partners and cross‑functional teams such as Sport, Marketplace, Finance, and Analytics to achieve business objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
