Responsibilities • Assist in developing original fashion concepts, sketches, and design ideas • Support creation of digital or hand-drawn sketches, mood boards, and trend research • Participate in fabric and color selection, sample reviews, and fittings • Help prepare basic tech packs or product notes (training provided) • Work with the team to make sure the final garment matches the brand vision • Stay aware of fashion trends, aesthetics, and competitive brands • Optionally assist with photo shoots, content styling, or creative marketing projects ✅ A portfolio is NOT required, but any sketches, Pinterest boards, IG/TikTok posts, or digital mood boards are welcome What matters most: • You love fashion • You have style, taste, and creativity • You want to learn and grow in this industry • You’re reliable, motivated, and excited to be part of a real brand We Offer • Training in real fashion production workflow • Opportunity to grow into a full designer role • Creative freedom + hands-on experience (not just admin work) • A supportive environment that values ideas, not just resumes • The chance to start a career even if no one has “given you a chance” yet You may submit any of the following (not just a resume):
