Fashion Wholesale Sales & Trade Show Coordinator

Los Angeles, CA | Full Time | In Person Coordinate and assist with trade shows including setup, merchandising, buyer appointments, and post show follow up Support in house showroom sales and customer meetings Build and maintain relationships with wholesale buyers and retail accounts Follow up on line sheets, orders, samples, and customer communication Assist with outreach to existing and potential accounts Travel occasionally for trade shows, markets, and customer visits Maintain organized sales records and account communication Coordinate internally with production, operations, and design teams Present seasonal collections in a polished and professional manner Assist with general showroom operations and day to day sales support as needed 2 to 5 years of experience in apparel wholesale, fashion sales, showroom sales, or related industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities Professional presentation and customer service mindset Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer meetings Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Fashion industry experience strongly preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Self motivated, dependable, and proactive Strong accountability and sense of urgency Comfortable communicating professionally with buyers and customers Team oriented with a long term growth mindset Ability to stay organized and composed during busy market periods Paid time off Paid holidays Long term growth opportunity Supportive and team oriented environment Opportunity to grow within an established and expanding fashion wholesale company
