Wholesale & Experience Manager This position reports to the CEO and Retail & Events Manager. • Manage HART wholesale accounts, driving volume and growing wholesale business • Oversee execution of wholesale orders from start to finish, signing off on all wholesale orders fulfilled by HQ team • Develop and cultivate relationships with existing wholesale accounts • Schedule buying appointments (in person and virtual) with new and existing accounts • Manage operational relationships between HART & wholesale accounts through outreach, updating linesheet, and buying appointments • Collaborate with HART marketing team to create promotions, highlight product, and drive business • Schedule four virtual buying appointments per week: mix of new accounts and existing accounts • Monitor stockists websites to ensure they are following HART terms and conditions • Assist Retail & Events manager in planning and executing trunk shows to bring the HART experience to new markets, driving sales and brand awareness • Average of five nights per month bringing the HART charm bar on the road • Lead packing and inventory management for trunk shows, including forecasting inventory needs and partnering with Inventory and Fulfillment manager to ensure accurate inventory reporting • Identify key markets and partnership opportunities for trunk shows • Collaborate with HART marketing team to promote upcoming events • Provide post-event sales reports and recaps to HQ team This is a full-time position in-office based out of our headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina.
