We are currently seeking an E Commerce & Sales Operations Associate to support our online product management, customer support, and day to day sales operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both ecommerce and operations while working in a collaborative, fast paced fashion environment.
Responsibilities
Upload and manage products across ecommerce and wholesale platforms
Maintain accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, and images
Support customer service inquiries via email and phone
Process orders, invoices, and sales support tasks
Assist with FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, and wholesale platform management
Coordinate internally with sales, production, and warehouse teams
Maintain organized product, inventory, and customer records
Support sample tracking, data entry, and administrative operations
Assist with website updates and seasonal launches
Help improve workflow efficiency and operational organization
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of ecommerce, administrative, customer service, or operations experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Detail oriented with strong follow through and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of ecommerce and online product management
Experience with Shopify, FashionGo, Faire, or similar platforms preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
