Fashion Wholesale E-Commerce & Sales Associate

Los Angeles, CA | Full Time | In Person We are currently seeking an E Commerce & Sales Operations Associate to support our online product management, customer support, and day to day sales operations. Upload and manage products across ecommerce and wholesale platforms Maintain accurate product information, pricing, descriptions, and images Support customer service inquiries via email and phone Process orders, invoices, and sales support tasks Assist with FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, and wholesale platform management Coordinate internally with sales, production, and warehouse teams Maintain organized product, inventory, and customer records Support sample tracking, data entry, and administrative operations Assist with website updates and seasonal launches Help improve workflow efficiency and operational organization 1 to 2 years of ecommerce, administrative, customer service, or operations experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail oriented with strong follow through and accuracy Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of ecommerce and online product management Experience with Shopify, FashionGo, Faire, or similar platforms preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Paid time off Paid holidays Long term growth opportunity Supportive and team oriented environment Opportunity to grow within an established and expanding fashion wholesale company
