Fashion Warehouse Operations and E-commerce Associate

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, hands-on Fashion E-Commerce & Operations Associate to take full ownership of daily order fulfillment, in store customer communication, and daily operational support. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role You will be moving between departments and assisting where needed Must be comfortable being cross-trained in multiple areas Must take initiative and operate independently after training Must be adaptable during high-volume launches and peak seasons This role requires strong multitasking and time management skills Experience in fashion, e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred Canva, Capcut Warehouse experience Strong written communication skills Comfortable with Shopify, Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and reliable Calm under pressure and solution-focused Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing brand environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: Flexible with availability during business hours Location: On-site / Hybrid (hands-on, mobile role) Industry: Luxury Fashion / E-Commerce
