About the Job Duties and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for: • Executing visual and commercial curation according to guidelines, including displaying products in a visually appealing manner • Providing guidance and training to store colleagues on visual merchandising principles and commercial strategies • Staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and commercial developments to inform visual merchandising decisions • Maintaining the store's visual appearance, including arranging merchandise, setting up displays, and managing inventory levels • Coordinating visual and commercial efforts with other departments, such as marketing and sales To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess: • Excellent visual merchandising skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity • Strong knowledge of commercial principles, including pricing, promotions, and product placement • Ability to stay current with fashion trends and commercial developments • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges Why Work with Us
