Our objective is to provide clients with high quality photos and videos, allowing them to increase e-commerce traffic and ultimately establish brand consistency. This is a paid part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role. Operations/ Admin • Assist with coordinating photoshoot schedules for clients by collaborating closely with model agencies • Help coordinate the photoshoot calendar and confirm all shoot logistics • Prepare and distribute call sheets for models, hair/makeup artists, clients and production team • Ensure all details are communicated clearly to relevant parties to support smooth and efficient shoot execution • Support operational workflows under the guidance of the Operations Director • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner • Experienced in videography and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro • Skilled in editing videos with a strong focus on fashion aesthetics • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proactive and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills and a personable attitude • Adaptable and willing to take on various roles and responsibilities • Able to take direction while proactively completing daily tasks • Must be based in Los Angeles • Previous videography experience required - must submit or provide link to portfolio or video examples for review
