Iwanciw Functional Funware is seeking a stylist, customer service specialist to join our team! This person will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by maintaining a clean and tidy appearance of the shop, with merchandising, cleaning, stocking... • Provide outstanding customer service • Answer customer questions about products and services • Provide product presentation and product information to customers about clothing styles, fit, and details of each product • Maintain cleanliness of the shop including the flooring, walls, displays, fixtures, fixtures brackets, and store merchandise • Stock and merchandise products in the shop • Complete all tasks required by supervisors or managers • Actively participate in training provided by your manager or supervisor to improve your performance • Other duties as assigned • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous retail or customer service experience in a fashion or apparel company desired • Ability to learn new skills including use of technology, merchandising software programs, point of sale systems, cash handling procedures, and other tools of the trade • Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours) and ability to lift up to 20 pounds (sometimes) Job Type: Part-time
