Role and Responsibilities of Fashion Team Associate:

The Fashion Team Associate supports apparel operations by maintaining merchandise presentation, assisting customers, and contributing to a clean and efficient sales floor. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
• Support apparel and fashion department operations during assigned shifts
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, organizing, and zoning product displays
• Ensure apparel areas remain clean, safe, and customer-ready
• Assist customers by answering questions and helping locate merchandise
• Support fitting room, recovery, and closing activities as needed
• Follow company standards for pricing, signing, and merchandise placement
• Identify damaged, misplaced, or shrink-prone merchandise and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with team members to support store goals and daily priorities
• Adapt to changing business needs and assist in other store areas when required
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Required Skills and Experience of Fashion Team Associate:
• Ability to work part-time mid-shift and closing schedules
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to complete required job trainings and assessments

Compensation and Benefits of Fashion Team Associate:
• Hourly wage range of $17.00 to $30.00, meeting or exceeding applicable minimum wage requirements
• Performance-based incentive awards
• Additional hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed
